Managed applications, included in every plan
We look after the apps on your server, not only the server itself. WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, Python, Docker, databases and open-source tools are all covered, and there is no extra price for the apps.
Your server and the apps on it
- Every managed plan covers the applications that run on the server, with no price per app.
- It works for servers hosted anywhere, with or without cPanel.
- We install, update, secure, back up, tune and fix, and a person answers your ticket.
- If your application is not listed, ask. We tell you clearly if we can look after it before you pay.
# for every app on your server ✓ checked from outside every minute ✓ updated, with a backup first ✓ backed up off the server ✓ scanned and hardened ✓ tuned for real traffic → fixed by a person on a ticket

What "managed" means for an application
Watching
The app is checked from outside every minute, not only the server. If the page stops answering or turns slow, we see it before your customers write to you.
Updates
Core, plugins, packages and runtime versions are updated on a schedule, with a backup taken first and a way back if something breaks.
Backups
Files and databases are copied off the server, and a restore is tested, because a backup you have never restored is only a hope.
Security
Hardening, malware scans, firewall rules and certificate renewals are handled for you, and anything suspicious is looked at the same day.
Speed
Caching, database tuning and memory limits are set for how your app is really used, not left at install defaults.
Fixes
Errors, white screens, full disks, failed deploys and broken mail are fixed by a person who opens a ticket thread with you, not a bot.
Managed application support: your questions answered
Which applications do you manage?
Any application that runs on a Linux or Windows server can be looked after: websites and shops, custom PHP, Node.js and Python apps, Docker stacks, databases, automation tools and open-source software such as Nextcloud. If yours is unusual, ask first and we answer clearly before you pay.
Is application care included in the managed plans?
Yes. There is no separate price for applications. Every managed plan covers the server and the apps that run on it. The plan price depends on the number of servers, not the number of apps.
Do the apps have to run on an AtoZNode server?
No. We manage servers hosted anywhere, including other providers, with or without a control panel such as cPanel.
Do you fix bugs in my application code?
We take care of the server and the platform: updates, security, speed, backups and recovery. We help find the cause of an error and tell your developer what we saw. Changing your code is a separate agreement.
Do you install the application for me?
Yes. Installing a supported app on a managed server is part of the setup, and we move existing apps over as well. Free migrations are included in the Pro plan, up to 50 sites.
What does it cost?
Managed plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, ₹4,000 for five servers and ₹7,000 for an unlimited fleet. GST is added at checkout. You can see them on the Managed services page.
How do I start?
Open the Managed services page, choose a plan and list your servers and apps. Our team then contacts you by ticket to set things up. You can also write to us first with questions.
Let us look after your apps
Choose a managed plan, list your servers and apps, and our team takes it from there.
