Open WebUI support: your questions answered

Can it use models running on my own server?

Yes, if the server has enough memory, and for large models, a suitable GPU. We tell you honestly what your plan can run.

Do you manage user accounts?

We set the sign-in rules. Creating and removing your users is done by your admin inside the app.

Is Open WebUI covered by the managed plans?

Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Open WebUI on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
