AtoZNode sells digital hosting services. Nothing is shipped, and delivery means your server is ready to use.

1. What is delivered
Our products are online services: cloud VPS servers and dedicated servers. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no courier.
2. Cloud VPS delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your cloud VPS is created automatically. It is usually ready within a few minutes. When it is ready we email you, and your server’s IP address and login details appear in your client area. If something delays setup, the server page shows its status and our team is alerted.
3. Dedicated server delivery
Dedicated servers are set up by our team after payment. We confirm the expected setup time in your quote. When the server is ready we post its IP address and root login details in your client area and email you.
4. How you receive access
All delivery is electronic. Sign in to your client area, open the server, and choose Network & access to see the IP address and login details. Passwords are shown only after you ask to reveal them.
5. If delivery is delayed or fails
If your service is not ready when you expect it, open a ticket or contact us at info@hostcart.net or +91 70015 16974. If we cannot deliver the service, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
