1. Who is responsible
HostCart operates AtoZNode and is responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and company.
- Billing details: billing address, GSTIN if you give one, invoices and payment status.
- Service details: the servers you order, their IP addresses and settings, and support tickets.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and request logs used to keep the service secure.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use it
- To create your account and provide the services you ordered.
- To take payment, issue invoices and send receipts and renewal reminders.
- To reply to support requests and send important service notices.
- To protect the platform from fraud, abuse and attacks.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the service: Razorpay for payments, our infrastructure provider that hosts your servers, and email delivery services. We also share information when the law requires it. Each provider may only use it to serve us.
5. Cookies
The public pages of this site do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in we use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in, and a cookie that remembers a referral code if you arrive through an affiliate link.
6. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of server login details, optional two-step verification, and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please use strong, unique passwords.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period the law requires for tax and accounting. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@hostcart.net and we will respond. Some records must be kept by law even after an account is closed.
9. Grievance contact
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our grievance contact at info@hostcart.net. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
