Please read these terms before you order.
1. Who we are
AtoZNode is a HostCart product. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “AtoZNode” mean the operator of this website and its services.
2. Services
We provide cloud VPS and dedicated server hosting. The plan you order lists its resources. We may improve or change features over time, and we will not reduce the resources of a running paid plan without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and servers, and for activity that happens under them. Keep your passwords and keys private.
4. Billing and payments
Prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Services are provided for the period you have paid for, and unpaid services may be suspended.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for unlawful activity, sending spam, attacking other networks, hosting malware, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules.
6. Backups and data
You are responsible for keeping backups of your data. We do not promise that data can be recovered after a failure or deletion.
7. Availability
We work to keep services running, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous month.
