1. Who we are

The AtoZNode website and services are provided by HostCart under the brand AtoZNode. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “AtoZNode” mean the operator of this website, and “you” means the person or business that creates an account or orders a service.

2. Our services

We provide cloud VPS servers and dedicated servers. The plan or quote you order lists its resources, price and billing period. Cloud VPS servers are usually set up automatically after payment. Dedicated servers are set up by our team after payment. See our Service Delivery Policy for details.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of anyone you give access to. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused. We recommend turning on two-step verification.

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). GST is added to invoices where it applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards and net banking; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A service is set up only after we receive payment. Your invoice, wallet balance and payment history are available in your client area.

5. Renewals and suspension

Services renew for the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly). We create a renewal invoice before the due date. If a renewal invoice is not paid on time we may suspend the service, and we may cancel it after a further period. Data on a cancelled service may be deleted and cannot always be recovered.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can ask to cancel a service at any time from your client area or by contacting us. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for anything unlawful, or to send spam, host malware or phishing pages, attack other networks, run open proxies for abuse, infringe copyright, or harm other customers. We may suspend or end a service that breaks these rules, with or without notice where the harm is serious. To report abuse, use our abuse form.

8. Your data and backups

You are responsible for your own data, software, security updates and backups. Cloud VPS and dedicated servers are self-managed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not promise that data can be recovered after a failure, a rebuild or a deletion.

9. Availability and support

We work hard to keep services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page where possible. Support is available through tickets, email and phone.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may end a service if you break these terms, do not pay, or if we are required to by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of West Bengal, India.
