Managed n8n and automation tools, without babysitting
A self-hosted automation tool is only useful when it is always on. We keep n8n and similar tools updated, reachable and backed up so your workflows keep running.
n8n and automation tools: what we look after
- Installation behind HTTPS with a stable address for webhooks
- Updates with a backup of workflows and credentials taken first
- A real database instead of the default file, for speed and safety
- Queue mode and workers for busy setups
- Encrypted backups of workflows, credentials and the encryption key
- Alerts when the tool stops answering webhooks
When it goes wrong
- Webhooks that stop arriving after the server restarts
- Workflows lost because the encryption key was not saved
- An update that broke an important flow
- A slow tool because executions were never pruned
- A tool left open to the internet without protection
Who uses managed n8n and automation tools
Businesses and agencies that run their own automations, such as order flows, lead routing, reports and notifications.
What it needs
Around 1 to 2 GB of RAM for small setups, a PostgreSQL database for real use, HTTPS with a stable domain for webhooks, and more resources if you run many executions at once.
What we check first
Before we change anything on a new n8n and automation tools setup, we look at these, and we tell you what we found in plain words:
- Whether the encryption key is saved somewhere safe
- Which database n8n uses and how it is backed up
- How webhooks reach the server and whether the address is stable
- How many old executions are kept and how fast the database grows
Part of every managed plan
n8n and automation tools is covered by the same managed plans as the server it runs on. The price counts servers, not apps.
Watching
The app is checked from outside every minute, not only the server. If the page stops answering or turns slow, we see it before your customers write to you.
Updates
Core, plugins, packages and runtime versions are updated on a schedule, with a backup taken first and a way back if something breaks.
Backups
Files and databases are copied off the server, and a restore is tested, because a backup you have never restored is only a hope.
Security
Hardening, malware scans, firewall rules and certificate renewals are handled for you, and anything suspicious is looked at the same day.
Speed
Caching, database tuning and memory limits are set for how your app is really used, not left at install defaults.
Fixes
Errors, white screens, full disks, failed deploys and broken mail are fixed by a person who opens a ticket thread with you, not a bot.
Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server. GST is added at checkout. See all managed plans.
n8n and automation tools support: your questions answered
Which automation tools do you support?
n8n is the most common request. Other self-hosted tools such as Node-RED or Activepieces can be looked after in the same way. Tell us the tool and we confirm before you order.
Do you build the workflows?
We look after the platform. Building and changing workflows is your work or your agency's, and we can help trace why one fails.
Is my data safe?
Credentials stay encrypted, access is limited, and backups are kept off the server. You can share access in the way you prefer.
