A current supported PHP version, a database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis for queues and cache, and 2 GB of RAM or more for most production apps. Shell access is needed for deploys and queue workers.

Fixes
Errors, white screens, full disks, failed deploys and broken mail are fixed by a person who opens a ticket thread with you, not a bot.

Our work is the server and the platform around your app. We help trace an error to the line that causes it and tell your developer what we found, but we do not take over your code base unless we agree that separately.
Can you manage a cPanel server that runs PHP apps?
