What we check first
Before we change anything on a new Activepieces setup, we look at these, and we tell you what we found in plain words:
- Whether the encryption key is saved somewhere safe, since connections cannot be restored without it
- The date of the last PostgreSQL backup
- The webhook address and whether it stays the same after a restart

Both are self-hosted automation tools. We can run either, and help you pick by your use and the integrations you need.
Do you build flows?
We look after the platform. Building flows is done by you or your agency.
Is Activepieces covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Activepieces on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
