Flowise support: your questions answered
Do you host the AI models too?
We run Flowise and the supporting database. The language models are usually called through a provider API. Running large models on your own server needs a much bigger machine.
Are my API keys safe?
They are stored in environment settings with limited access, and the server is hardened. Which keys you create stays under your control.
Is Flowise covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Flowise on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
