Odoo support: your questions answered
Can you upgrade Odoo between versions?
We prepare and test the server side and run the upgrade on a copy. Custom modules often need changes from your developer, so we tell you what we find before the live change.
Do you back up attachments?
Yes. The filestore is backed up together with the database, because a restore needs both.
Is Odoo covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Odoo on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
