Saleor support: your questions answered

Do you host the dashboard and storefront?

Yes. They can run on the same or a separate server, and each counts as part of the plan if on a server we manage.

Can you move Saleor Cloud to my server?

We can plan a move with you. It needs a backup of the data and a careful switch of the domain.

Is Saleor covered by the managed plans?

Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Saleor on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
