Managed Shopware, looked after for you
Shopware 6 runs on modern PHP with a message queue and a search engine. It runs well when those parts are set up and watched, and badly when they are left on defaults.
Shopware: what we look after
- Shopware updates and plugin updates tested on a staging copy
- PHP-FPM, OPcache, Redis and the search engine tuned for the shop
- Message queue workers and scheduled tasks kept running
- Backups of the database and media files
When Shopware goes wrong
- Emails and stock updates delayed because the queue stopped
- Slow storefront under campaign traffic
- A failed update that leaves the shop in maintenance mode
Who uses managed Shopware
Shops that run Shopware 6 and need a stable, modern platform with a queue and a search engine.
What it needs
Current PHP, MySQL or MariaDB, Redis and a search engine, plus 4 GB of RAM or more for production shops and a worker for the message queue.
What we check first
Before we change anything on a new Shopware setup, we look at these, and we tell you what we found in plain words:
- Shopware and plugin versions
- Message queue workers and scheduled tasks
- Search engine health
- Cache and database settings

Shopware support: your questions answered
Do you set up staging for Shopware?
Yes. A staging copy on the server lets your team test updates and plugins before they reach customers.
Is the search engine included?
Yes. Installing and tuning the search service the shop needs is part of looking after the server.
Is Shopware covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Shopware on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
