Do I need Prometheus if you already monitor my server?
Not always. Our own checks cover uptime and health. Prometheus is for teams that want their own detailed metrics and dashboards.
Can you monitor custom apps?
Yes, if the app exposes metrics, or through exporters for common software.
Is Prometheus covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Prometheus on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
