PhotoPrism support: your questions answered
Does it change my original files?
No. It keeps originals as they are, and stores its own data separately.
Can I use my own storage?
Yes. The originals can live on local disk or on mounted storage.
Is PhotoPrism covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so PhotoPrism on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
