Moodle support: your questions answered
Can Moodle take a big exam day?
It can if it is sized and tuned for it. We check memory, workers and database settings ahead of time and tell you if the server needs more power.
Do you back up course files?
Yes. The database and the moodledata folder are both included, because a Moodle restore needs both.
Is Moodle covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Moodle on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
