Managed Apache Superset, looked after for you
Apache Superset builds charts and dashboards from your data. It has a web part, workers and a cache, and its database connections must be limited and safe.
Apache Superset: what we look after
- Superset installed with Gunicorn, Celery and Redis behind HTTPS
- Its own metadata database on PostgreSQL, backed up
- Read-only connections to your data sources
- Updates and role settings reviewed
When Apache Superset goes wrong
- Charts that time out because queries are heavy
- A metadata database lost with no backup
- Too many people with admin rights
Who uses managed Apache Superset
Data teams that want a full dashboard tool on their own server.
What it needs
Docker or Python, PostgreSQL, Redis and 4 GB of RAM or more.
What we check first
Before we change anything on a new Apache Superset setup, we look at these, and we tell you what we found in plain words:
- Whether the metadata database is backed up
- Whether Superset connects to your data with read-only users
- Whether the Celery workers and Redis are running
From order to a watched Apache Superset setup
Apache Superset is part of every managed plan. Besides what is listed above, each plan includes outside checks every minute, off-server backups, security hardening and a team that answers your tickets. The price counts servers, not apps.

We look before we touch

Backups and watching first
Backups and outside checks are set up before any change, so we can always go back.
Then the steady work
Updates, security, tuning and fixes follow, and you can ask us anything by ticket.
Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server. GST is added at checkout. See all managed plans.
Apache Superset support: your questions answered
Can Superset slow down my production database?
It can if queries are heavy. We use read-only users and suggest a replica for large reporting.
Do you set up user roles?
We set the base roles and sign-in. Your admin gives each team its permissions.
Is Apache Superset covered by the managed plans?
Yes. The managed plans count servers, not applications, so Apache Superset on your server is covered with no extra price per app. Plans start at ₹1,999 a month for one server, and GST is added at checkout.
