Not directly. CentOS 7 reached its end of life. Many people moved to AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, which are stable rebuilds. Stream is the development branch.
Is it stable enough for a website?
It works, and it updates often. If you want fewer changes, pick AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux.
How do I install updates?
With dnf: "sudo dnf upgrade".
